This was a great find! It is in Naschtmarkt in Vienna. I went in and bought a can of Mango juice and chatted with the Korean man who ran the place:

Where was that shop located? And, were there many other Asian stores in the area?
Oh...never mind, you said its in Naschtmarkt. We went to Naschtmarkt a few times, but it seemed like it was just a flea market type of place with tents set up in a big area.
